The space
The property consists of:
2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen&dining room, 1 bathroom, 2 balconies .
The main bedroom has a double bed 140/190 cm, with AC
The second bedroom can be either twin (2 x 80/190 cm) or double bed 160/190 cm, AC
There is a sofa bed into the living room with dimensions (140/200 cm), also there you can sit comfortable on the couch and watch on the 40" flat TV, where you can watch NETFLIX. With AC.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment.
🅿️ PARKING OPTIONS 🅿️
--> You can park on the street into the blue zone for 16 leva (€8)per day. For this purpose you need to download an app called "M park" and then pay with your credit card. Otherwise , you can just send me your plate number and i can do the payment instead of you.
--> Alternatively there is a 2 paid parking zones just near by (7-8 min walk), where you can leave your car for 24 leva (€12) per day.

🛬 We can offer AIRPORT TRANSFER for additional charge of EUR 25 -30, depending from the part of the day.
🐶 PETS are allowed after additional (add to the standard) cleaning fee charge between EUR 25 and 50 . 🐾 The fee is vary from the kind, spiece and count of the pets and lenght of the stay.
We can also provide upon request:
👶 Childrens crib for - EUR 15 per stay.
🍼 High chair - EUR 10 per stay
🚭 We keep to strictly NO SMOKE policy inside and guest can be charged up to the size of the security deposit as fine in case of a breach.
