The space
The property consists of:
1 bedroom, living/ kitchen&dining room, 1 bathroom🚿.
The bedroom has a double bed 160/200 cm, with AC.
There is a extendable sofa bed into the living room ( 120/200 cm) . Also there is the AC in the living room and 32" smart flat TV & 300 Mbt/s internet connection w/wifi. Also there is a desk, where you can work with your laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped for a long stay. There is a washer.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment.
🅿🅿️ PARKING OPTIONS 🅿️🅿
-->You can park on the street into the blue zone for 16 leva per day. For this purpose you need to download an app called "Mpark" and then pay with your credit card. Otherwise , you can just send me your plate number and i can do the payment instead of you.
--> Alternatively there is a 2 paid parking zones just near by (7-8 min walk), where you can leave your car for 15-25 leva per day.

Neighborhood overview
The "Greek neighborhood" is central and oldest part of Varna. The neighborhood borders with the railway station, the Sea Garden, the Festival Complex and Sea port.
There are found the remains of many Roman and Greek buildings from ancient times. the most famous of which are Roman thermal baths. They are the largest ancient building found in Bulgaria today.
At the beginning of the 20th century, new buildings with a European look were built in the neighborhood at the remains of the ancient buildings.
Getting around
The Airport is 8 km away with quickest access by taxi. The bus line 409 also will take you there.
The area is paid (Blue zone) for car parking from 9-20 h working days, with a maximum continuous stay of 3 hours (SMS) or whole day though the "Varna Parking" app only.
